In May 2021, the NKK Group established a long-term vision plan entitled "Contributing to a Sustainable Society Through the Stable Provision of High-Performance Separators" based on the slogan "Environmental and Health Challenges 2030" as a means to achieve sustainable growth and improve our mid to long-term corporate value.
This is based on the thinking that, "It is our responsibility to be a company that returns the 'things' we use in production activities back to their original form and natural state so as not to burden the natural environment beyond its natural purifying capacity in order to continue to receive the blessings of production activities while carefully using all the various precious resources found on our earth."

Being an organization performing useful work for the world has always been NKK's creed and its basic policy.
The significance of our existence is based on this philosophy: We believe that by working towards the development of an environmentally friendly sustainable society, we are contributing to the creation of a carbon-free society by providing our customers across the globe with high-quality high-performance separators in our role as a technical development company, making peoples' lives easier by improving the functionality of the various electronic devices in which our separators are used, and carrying out activities to conserve our forests, water resources, and biodiversity.
