NKK Spunbonding System

NKK Spunbond Technology was born more than 13 years ago with its own technology out of a need to develop a new material for electronic applications. Currently, NKK is producing Micro Fine Denier Filaments Spunbond for batteries, filtration media and other special purposes. In addition, NKK has supplied many clients, both in Japan and overseas, with the Spunbonding Technology.

Full Turn Key basis Spunbonding Line, including Operation Technical Assistance.
Custom made to individual specifications.
Capacity to produce PP, PE, PET, Nylon and Biodegradable Resin Spunbond.

NKK Meltblowing System

A Unique Technology for Meltblown.

NKK started the Meltblown development with its own technology in 1986, at the request of an electronic device maker. Now, NKK is producing Meltblown material for Lithium Cells, Special Filters, etc. NKK has also supplied clients in Japan and overseas with the Meltblown Technology. The NKK Technology for Meltblown offers:

Full Turn Key basis Meltblown Line, with Operation Technical Assistance.
The designing of the Meltblown Line in accordance with the client request.
Capability to produce Meltblown material with PP, PET, TPX and Biodegradable Resin as a raw material.
Spinning of the filament up to 1 µm.
High uniformity of the fleece assured by original air distributing device.
Production basis weight from 3g/ m² to 300g/ m².
